You go past some amazing natural temperate rain forest which is very rare and a privilege to see. You can park at Bont Newydd, with a clearly marked track to the falls. There is a small charge but you do have access to decent toilets and picnic benches.<\/p>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t eaten then the nearest place where food can be purchased is the caf\u00e9 in the tourist information centre at Abergwyngregyn\u00a0village.<\/p>\n<p>And for those brave souls, you can bathe in the pool at the foot of the falls, but the water is pretty cold year round. Do be aware that the rocks may be slippery and it is entirely at your own judgement.<\/p>\n\t<h2>And there&#8217;s even a distillery to visit&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Whilst only been established for a few years, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aberfallsdistillery.com\/\">Aber Falls Distillery<\/a> is fast becoming a major Welsh Distillery.
